Life is about going places — shopping, visiting friends, seeing the doctor — but for those of us who cannot drive or who do not have access to vehicle,  it’s easy to become stranded.  The mission of the  Woodford Wheels program is to ensure that people are not isolated simply because they don't have transportation.
